Human Resources Generalist

Location: Mishawaka, Indiana (On-site)

A growing employer in Mishawaka, Indiana has partnered with us to identify an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. This Human Resources Generalist role will handle a broad range of responsibilities including employee relations, onboarding, benefits support, and HR compliance. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with leadership to support a positive and compliant workplace culture.

• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes

• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations questions and HR support

• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Support compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations

• Partner with leadership on performance management and HR initiatives

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred

• 2–5+ years of HR Generalist or related HR experience

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills

$55,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
