- Per diem needs with 8 hour day shifts
- 1-2 cardiac cases and 3-4 lung cases per week maximum
- 24/7 weekend call with morning rounds
- CABG, AVRs, aneurysms, dissections, thoracic procedures
- Robotic experience desired using DaVinci system
- First assist, ICU rounding, advanced procedures required
- Very low volume cardiac surgery program
- Pool provider credentialing for coverage needs
