Time‑based compensation: $2,268.00 gross weekly. 36 hours per week at 12‑hour shifts. Premium pay and travel benefits available.

Start Date:

Flexible. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: Days (7a‑7p) — 12‑hour days, 36 hours per week.

• Provide patient care in the operating room and surrounding units.
• Float throughout the hospital and, when required, across multiple hospital locations and regions.
• Follow standard nursing practices: assessment, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Act independently within scope of RN licensure.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and contribute to quality improvement.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decision‑making, and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and practice settings.
• Manage competing priorities while embracing diversity and cultural differences.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience in Med‑Surg, Tele‑ICU, or PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in specialties such as Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, or Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials: ACLS, TNCC, BLS, PALS (obtained through the American Heart Association).
  Additional specialty certifications per assignment.
