Hours:

36 per week (12‑hour shifts). Gross weekly rate: $2,808.00.

Base pay range as provided by Trinity Health First Choice. Your actual pay will be based on skill and experience. Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Position

Purpose:

Experienced Registered Nurse seeking premium compensation and maximum flexibility. First Choice utilizes RNs to fill short and long‑term assignments within the health system.

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or across multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard elements of professional practice:
  Assessment, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license scope and practice area.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, contribute to quality and improvement practices and outcomes.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health).
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS through American Heart Association).
