• Provides care and services to residents as directed by the resident care plan
• Assists residents with activities of daily living
• Provides exceptional customer service
• Responds to call lights
• Reports on the condition of the resident to the Wellness team
• Documents in electronic health record the assistance provided to residents

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Current CNA Licensure Required
