You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience, all while growing your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

• Assess and treat patients referred to the Physical Therapy department
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, therapy plans, and home exercises
• Document progress notes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in staff meetings and case management
• Supervise rehab techs and volunteers
• Participate in departmental initiatives and student programs

Associates Degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.

• Certificate as Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Indiana
• Current CPR certification

• Clinical experience preferred
• New graduates welcome
