As a Campus Supervisor, you will monitor residents, assist and support staff, and secure the campus during evening or overnight hours (4pm - 12am or 12pm - 8am).
Primary duties:
- Supervise all campus units and maintain a safe environment for staff and residents during the evening and night hours.
- Responsible for the overall operations and functions of campus life for residents during weekday evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Provide support, assistance and monitoring of residential staff. Responsible for ensuring a safe environment and coordinating emergency procedures, if/when needed.
- Work with seriously mentally ill individuals in a positive manner, and must be familiar with stress management and conflict resolution techniques.
- Tolerate a high degree of intense situations.
- Have the physical agility and emotional stamina to respond quickly, appropriately and effectively to emergency situations.
- Key components to the position include scheduling, paperwork and crisis management. Also, while performing the duties of this job, the employee may talk and interact with employees, vendors and other service providers.
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 years’ experience working in a child caring institution required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license
