Multi‑Specialty Technician – Progressive Care Unit
Apply to join Trinity Health as a Multi‑Specialty Technician under the supervision of an RN, providing basic patient care and technical support in a progressive care setting.
The position is Part‑time with a 12‑hour night shift

- Performing basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN, such as taking blood glucose measurements, recording intake and output, assisting with bathing, grooming, and eating.
- Executing ordered EKGs according to policy and documented training and competency assessment.
- Performing phlebotomy duties per policy and training.
- Assisting with keeping patient rooms stocked, clean, and orderly.
- Attending required in‑services, workshops, retreats, and staff meetings.
- Participating in and fostering a performance‑improvement approach that includes intra‑ and inter‑departmental activities.
- Performing other duties as directed consistent with the purpose of the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with ability to read, write, spell English, and perform simple arithmetic.
- Successful completion of EKG and phlebotomy course upon hire or transfer.
- Completion of initial clinical competency requirements for independent performance.
- CPR certification on hire or obtainable within 60 days.
- Previous patient‑care experience and/or technical education in a health‑related field preferred.
