Duties

What You’ll Do as the Addictions Team Leader:

  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
  • Work to build relationships with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and teamwork.

Skills And Abilities
  • Requires knowledge of human development and behavior.
  • Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory; independent judgment.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate alternative actions.
Requirements
  • LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required. LCAC preferred.
  • 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
  • There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this position (pro-rated by FTE).
