What You’ll Do as the Addictions Team Leader:
- Provide clinical and administrative oversight to a team of addiction therapists.
- Be responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team, hiring and training new team members, providing oversight of staff billing, clinical documentation and maintaining a budget.
- Work to build relationships with community partners and organizations; build and inspire a cohesive team promoting efficiency and teamwork.
Skills And Abilities
- Requires knowledge of human development and behavior.
- Familiar with treatment modalities and psychological theory; independent judgment.
- Ability to identify and evaluate alternative actions.
- LCSW/LMFT/LMHC required. LCAC preferred.
- 3-6 years of addictions and/or supervisory experience.
- There is a $2000 sign-on bonus for this position (pro-rated by FTE).
