Accounts Receivable Specialist

Salary: $40,000–$52,000 annually

• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account balances

• Reconcile accounts and research payment discrepancies

• Communicate with customers regarding billing questions and past-due accounts

• Maintain organized documentation for audits and reporting

• Assist with month-end close and accounts receivable reporting

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

• Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books, SAP, Net Suite, or similar ERP systems

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
