Accounts Receivable Specialist
About the Company and Opportunity:
- CFS is working with a legacy company to identify an Accounts Receivable Specialist!
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work alongside three other staff members in the accounting department.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable role:
- Process and enter payments, apply cash payments
- Friendly follow-up calls to customers to follow up on accounts.
- Respond to customer account inquiries, reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with the month-end process - reconciliations, journal entries.
Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable role:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equal work experience
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable will be highly valued
- Advanced Excel skills - including filters
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
Salary: $47,840 - $58,240
