About the Role

Pine is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to help in facilitating a smooth and quick home buying experience. Youu
2019ll be getting in on the ground level and playing a critical role in shaping our internal processes and customer experience.

You will interact and oversee the flow of applicants through all stages of the mortgage process. We are looking for a mortgage advisor who not only understands the procedures and various available mortgage products, but is also passionate about creating amazing borrower experiences.

What Youu
2019ll Be Doing

• Manage customer deal flow, while ensuring prioritization of files in progress.
• Act as a liaison between underwriter, lender and clients.
• Work with Operations Manager to develop strategies for increasing conversion and building efficient processes to maximize volume.
• Work directly with customer to build rapport and to help them in determining the right product for their needs based on your professional discretion,
• Ensure all required documentation is procured and reviewed prior to underwriter submission.

Who You Are

• A licensed mortgage professional with 2+ years of experience in the industry
• Licensed as a mortgage agent or broker in multiple provinces (highly desirable)
• Proven experience managing a large and diverse client portfolio
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering exceptional home buying experiences
• Eager to learn, adapt, and challenge the status quo to improve existing processes
