Maintenance:
Manage work orders and perform preventative maintenance tasks such as carpet cleaning, light electrical and plumbing, and painting.;
Inventory:
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.;
Housekeeping: Prepare rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash and assessing maintenance needs.;
Emergency Procedures:
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security.;
Other Duties as Assigned:
Perform additional tasks as needed.
