We are currently on the HUNT for a very professional and detailed Accounts Payable Special sit with Large Company Experience!

The ideal candidate is degreed and brings experience supporting Finance/Accounting departments. All candidates must have prior Accounts Payable experience to be considered for this opportunity!

Located in Miramar, FL (On-site)

Essential Functions/

Core Responsibilities:
  • Assist with A/P Process in all areas, including entering all AP vouchers and mailing payments.
  • Ensuring bills and payroll are entered in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges.
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors - Communicate with vendors to resolve open balances, provide payment information, or other related issues.
  • Post AP related cash transactions from previous day banking activity.
  • Managing accounts payable using company accounting software, such as Microsoft Dynamics and Concur.
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
  • Assist with month end closing and perform other duties as assigned.
  • On average 200+ per week experience processing invoices
  • Heavy reconciliations experience
  • Software:
    Net Suite or Similar ERP
Desired

Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years Accounts Payable experience.
  • 3+ years of Accounting ERP experience
  • Bilingual:
    English & Spanish (Preferred)
  • High Volume Company Experience (Preferred)
  • 3 Way Matching
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel (Intermediate expereince required)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented, and focused
  • Strong time management skills including calendaring on reporting deadlines
  • Proactive, self-starter who is comfortable working and executing on tasks independently
