• Pay rate: $35 per game

• Enforce the rules and regulations of a game to ensure fair play and the safety of all participants.
• Start and stop play, make judgment calls on infractions, assess penalties, and track the game’s progress (time, score, player conduct).
• Communicate clearly with players, coaches, and other officials; manage conflicts or disputes during the game; maintain control of the event to ensure it runs smoothly and within established guidelines.
• Demonstrate impartiality, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of the sport at all times.

• Skills Required:
  
  Previous officiating experience or sports-related experience as a coach or player. No experience? No problem—we will get you certified.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an officiating team; physical fitness, mental focus, and emotional resilience.
• A strong knowledge of the sport’s rules, quick and confident decision-making, and clear communication with players, coaches, and fellow officials.
