RV Technician

Campers Inn RV, the nation’s largest family‑operated RV dealership, is hiring an RV Technician. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and demonstrating recreational vehicles as part of a purpose‑driven team that values integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, and sustainability.

• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, interior carpentry, exterior systems, and other vehicle components to ensure proper operating condition.
• Perform routine maintenance on RVs.
• Test drive vehicles to diagnose issues and confirm repairs.
• Demonstrate vehicle use, features, and basic maintenance to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• A minimum of one year of RV service experience is preferred.
• Safety‑sensitive position requiring the ability to:
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret safety manuals and technical documents.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Use hand and power tools safely.
  • Wear protective clothing and use PPE as required by OSHA regulations.
  • Tow RVs of various sizes.
  • Organize physical tasks involving lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending.
  • Stand for extended periods and reach above shoulders, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
