This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanic based in Minot, ND. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work on trailers, trucks. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical issues, troubleshooting, and implementing effective solutions to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment. Installing a variety of service beds and flat beds. The position involves handling a wide variety of equipment and requires adherence to company and safety standards.

• Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Knowledge and experience with Equipment management and repair
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues effectively
• Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in mechanical repairs, especially in trailers and trucks, is preferred
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining equipment standards
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanics or related fields are advantageous
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with a team
