In this role, you’ll support our technicians, work closely with customers, and help keep our service yard running smoothly. And if you’re interested in learning repairs, we’ll help you build those skills, too.

• Stage equipment for Service Technicians throughout the day to keep workflow moving efficiently.
• Load, unload, and organize equipment in the yard and during customer pickups/drop‑offs.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain tools and equipment, reporting repairs as needed.
• Thoroughly clean units before they enter or leave the service department.
• Create, modify, and close work orders accurately in our software system.
• Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Assist with scheduling routine equipment maintenance.
• Perform minor repairs or service tasks to support the technicians (based on shop needs).
• Work collaboratively with all departments to support a positive, team‑oriented environment.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and contribute to a secure work environment.
• Handle related tasks as assigned; every day is a little different!

• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfort using a computer and willingness to learn new software.
• Interest in working with powered equipment and mechanical tasks.
• A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Previous mechanical repair experience.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Willingness to travel with technicians to assist at worksites.

• Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Spend most of your shift on your feet, walking, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
