• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budget, control expenses, grow sales and handle inventory.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring safety, security and policy compliance.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter with a drive to learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.

The role requires standing for long periods, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching and lifting moderately heavy items. Work may involve moving carts or machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
