• Shift: Day Shift 6:00 am to 2:00 pm OR Evening Shift 12:30 pm to 8:00 pm
• Site: Minot AFB

• Welcome every customer with a smile and friendly attitude.
• Use the register to scan items and take payments.
• Handle cash, cards, and returns carefully and correctly.
• Keep your checkout area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Help customers with questions or finding items.
• Work with your team to keep the store neat and running well.
• Follow store rules to keep everyone safe and happy.

• Start your shift by setting up your register, making sure your area is clean and stocked.
• Welcome service members and guests with a friendly attitude.
• Scan  or meal passes and take payments when needed.
• Keep your station neat and refill supplies like napkins and trays.
• Answer questions or help people find what they need.
• Work as a team with kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Let your supervisor know if something isn’t working right.
• Clean up your area and help count your drawer before you leave.

• Speaks clearly and listens well.
• Stays calm when it gets busy.
• Open to learning new things and following instructions.

• Standing for extended periods – typically 8‑10 hours per shift.
• Frequent hand and arm use – repetitive scanning, money handling, touchscreen use.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds.
• Bending, reaching, twisting to grab products or restock.
• Requires clear vision and hearing for screens, labels, and customer communication.
• Works in climate‑controlled environment with possible temperature changes near doors.
• Store or dining hall may be noisy during peak hours.
• Flooring is tile or concrete; appropriate footwear recommended.
• Potential exposure to mild cleaning agents for sanitizing.
• Reasonable accommodations can be provided.
