Join to apply for the Specialty Sales role  about Target and All about Style sections describe the team and responsibilities for a Style Consultant who delivers strong operations, guest experience, and compelling visual merchandising.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with relevant laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, and shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance necessary.
• Work in varying temperatures and elements; mobility required for shift duration.
