Job Description
Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. They provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers by welcoming them, assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, assisting with measurements, and reviewing room designs to make purchasing recommendations. Designers also ensure stock levels of samples and brochures are maintained and that special order displays and showrooms create an appealing and safe shopping environment.
By supporting these priorities, Designers help drive sales and meet department and store goals.
