Med/Surg RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state licensure

• BLS certification (required to start)

• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience

• Ability to float to other clinical units as needed

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Medical-Surgical unit

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

• Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

• Float to other hospital units as required to support patient care needs

• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment per hospital policies
