Lake Agassiz Regional Council (LARC) is a regional planning organization serving local governments by providing technical assistance, economic development support, and long-range planning services. LARC works at the intersection of policy, people, and place—helping communities move from vision to action. Through collaboration with cities, counties, and regional partners, LARC advances housing development, infrastructure planning, workforce initiatives, and community development efforts that improve quality of life across the region.
Clear communication and strong public engagement are essential to this work.
Through the Community Builder Program, the Marketing & Communications Capacity Building Member will support Lake Agassiz Regional Council by strengthening its communications systems, outreach efforts, and public-facing materials. The member will help translate complex planning and development work into clear, compelling content that supports transparency, engagement, and regional collaboration.
