Railcar Maintenance

Schedule:

Monday – Friday with rotating on call weekend and night shifts. 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

Work Location:

5600 4th Ave NE, Minot, ND 58703

$27.10 per hour (based on experience and other qualifications).

• Inspect machinery and equipment to determine adjustments or repairs needed
• Diagnose mechanical problems in machinery and equipment
• Lubricate machinery, equipment, or parts
• Operate shuttle wagon, payloader, forklift, JD tractor
• Consult with managerial and supervisory personnel and maintain open communication
• Move or lift heavy objects, as needed and operate equipment in a safe manner

• Needs mechanical abilities
• Support bulk loaders and railcar cleaners during downtime and work as an effective team member
• Keep track of inventory
• Understand service or repair manuals
• Read and comprehend railcar schematics
• Must be available to work overtime, weekends, & be on call
