Overview

Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church is seeking a dedicated full-time lead maintenance staff member to oversee the cleanliness, functionality and safety of the church buildings and grounds. This position supports the mission of the Church by maintaining a welcoming, well-kept environment for all parishioners, staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various trades, responsive to facility needs and committed to upholding the Church's values through service.

• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, safety, and daily operations of church buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate and perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to facility needs and safety concerns.
• Monitor and restock supplies; maintain inventory as appropriate.
• Collaborate with church staff and contractors to ensure functional spaces for worship and events.

• Experience with maintenance or facilities in a professional setting; trades skills across multiple disciplines are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of a maintenance role; flexibility in schedule.
