• Four (6) plus years of experience supporting and managing network infrastructure and network related devices or experience as agreed with Company.
• Experience in Cisco and fiber technologies.
• Experience in racking, stacking, cabling and decommissioning of network hardware devices.
• Experience in site services support for network device maintenance and remote console support.
• IT/Telecoms experience with routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, IP Telephony (IPT), Radio Frequency (RF) equipment such as microwave radios, cellular nodes, and very‑small‑aperture terminal (VSATs).

• Respond to Service Now incident tickets.
• Patching cable installation and recovery.
• Installing power leads.
• Installing, removing, or swapping equipment.
• Locating and identifying network circuits and tagging the demark location.
• Providing escort services for company third‑party vendors or subcontractors wherever Contractor is providing support.
• Adhering to risk management processes, including conducting walkthroughs, work permits, change management, attending safety training, and reporting incidents.
• Comply with the Company’s audit, information protection, security requirements and standards detailing physical access management and operational excellence.
• Troubleshooting and patching power cables.
• Identifying switch port locations.
• Pinging key devices and performing DNS lookups.
• Troubleshooting, installing, and where necessary removing equipment and components; performing visual checks for hardware failure lights or console error messages, power status, and labels whenever Contractor’s technician is at the site.
• Assisting with the identification and reporting of communications room environmental issues (e.g., lack of cooling, water leaks).
• Performing IMAC activities for end‑user business LAN and voice devices.
• Adhering to Company change management procedures and practices.
• Monitoring and responding to emergency conditions affecting operations (e.g., hurricanes, earthquakes).
• Adhering to Company Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Providing smart‑hand support for telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, copper cable installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair;
  WiFi and BLE systems; microwave and radio systems (HF, VHF, UHF, 2‑way, radar); VSAT, cellular‑based systems (public and private 4G LTE, 5G, NB‑IIoT, LTE‑M); LPWAN (LoRaWAN); and other IIoT/OT systems.
• Deploying pre‑wired solar panel/battery power systems at ground level, performing low‑maintenance visual checks, troubleshooting and repair.
• IP Telephony (IPT) installations at end‑user locations.
• Specialty telecom systems such as CCTV, PAGA, intercom, fire/intruder alarm installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, especially for remote sites and offshore locations.
• Working cooperatively and collaboratively with Company Design and Engineering Teams, Global IT Service Desk, IT Operations Center, telcos, managed service providers, and Company BUs.
• Supporting IT/Telecoms requirements and activities for BUs, Major Capital Projects (MCPs), and Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture (MAD) projects as guided and required by the network team.
• Participating, as requested, in Root Cause Analysis post‑incidents.
