• Must develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the administrative procedures of the variety of testing programs offered at Minot Air Force Base.
• Must have an associate degree, or higher, in an IT field OR
• A minimum of 3 years of IT experience.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, programming languages, and client and server networking environments is required.
• Must be competent with the Microsoft Office Suite and various browsers
• Must be able to install and operate multi-media software using stand-alone or networked computers
• Must be able to troubleshoot software, hardware, and cabling problems
• Must treat all customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner."
