ResponsibilitiesTo ensure personnel and human resources functions are uniformly applied, operate within the policies and guidelines established, and comply with regulations. Activities include recruitment and staffing, employee relations, benefit administration, salary administration, employee orientation, regulatory compliance relative to personnel, pay and benefits, and payroll administration.
