This 1099 independent contractor role offers the freedom to set your own hours while benefiting from a supportive team and established local presence.

• Master Level Social Workers:
  We would be happy to help you complete your Clinical Hours

• Master’s degree in an accredited institution is required.
• Valid state licensure.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, trauma-informed care
• Familiarity with systems theory and its application.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Must provide license number with resume submission

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and mental health counseling to clients, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing.
• Engage in crisis management to support clients in acute situations, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and community organizations to coordinate services for clients.
• Advocate for clients with disabilities, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work and behavioral health.
