- Location:
Minot, ND
- Schedule:
40 hrs/week (5x8 days) - Recent travel experience required - Cerner experience strongly preferred - Locals not accepted – 50 mile radius rule - Competencies unique to Home Health include:
- Documentation - Understanding of regulations - OASIS accuracy - Competency in drug medication review when the only discipline in the home
** Licenses and Certifications
Required:
** - Licensed Occupational Therapist in North Dakota - 2 years previous experience as an Occupational Therapist strongly preferred
** Duties:** - Provide rehabilitative services to home health and hospice patients - Carry out skills for treatment, rehabilitation, and safety for home health patients - Maintain education and safety for hospice patients and families - Plan coordinated therapy services for individuals and families in care - Appraise individual and family health needs and hazards—existing or potential - Work under the supervision of the manager/director in evaluating, planning, implementing, supervising, or documenting patient care specific to the population served, with special attention to the geriatric population - Deliver care in accordance with established standards of performance - Perform and document all job standards and skills according to established policies, procedures, and guidelines within the Home Health/Hospice Department
