Physician- Pain Medicine & Rehabilitation at Trinity Health- Minot, ND

Trinity Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join our dedicated Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be committed to enhancing patient recovery and improving functional outcomes for individuals with physical impairments or disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for patients with diverse physical and functional challenges.
• Implement evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to facilitate patient recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and strategies for maintaining long-term health and function.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and enhancement of rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
