Job DetailsSalary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities- Develop and manage work schedules for all construction phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Create accurate cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials, keeping a close eye on budget constraints.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Hire, supervise, and manage subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project goals and quality standards.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring all contracts are correctly administered and fulfilled.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
- Maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring all financial objectives are met.
- Oversee project scheduling, coordinating all activities to ensure smooth progress.
- Implement and enforce safety management protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
- Manage all project materials, ensuring they are correctly stored, distributed, and accounted for.
- Oversee all aspects of new construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction management or superintendent role.
- Proven experience in work scheduling, cost estimation, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage subcontractors and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of risk management, quality control, budgeting, and safety management.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Strong understanding of materials management and new construction processes.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in construction software and technology.
- Certifications in safety management, risk management, or related areas are a plus.
