As a Full-Time Construction Estimator at Ackerman-Estvold Construction Management in Minot, ND, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. You will analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to assess scope and feasibility, ensuring your estimates are precise and reliable. To excel as a Full-Time Construction Estimator, candidates should possess a solid educational background, ideally holding an associate degree in Construction Technology or a bachelor's degree in construction management. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, you will bring valuable expertise to the team. Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools is essential, as you'll rely on these technologies for accurate cost reporting and efficient project coordination.
