We are seeking a skilled and reliable Regional Driver to join our team. This position involves longer-distance driving that may require multiple days on the road, typically within a specific region. Our drivers enjoy regular home time, with opportunities for Safety Bonuses for qualified individuals. The freight is NO TOUCH, and some store deliveries involve drop and hook operations.

• Onsite dispatch and first shift schedule; consistent weekly pay.
• Service area includes Minneapolis area, Dayton OH, New Boston MI, and Bridgeton MO.

• HOME TIME:
  Every other day
• Monday to Friday (Some Weekends)
• PAY: $0.55 CPM
• Average Weekly: $1500 to $1600

• At least 23 years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience)
• Clean driving record (MVR, PSP, and employment history)
• Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
• Current DOT physical certification
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
• Strong safety awareness and ability to operate vehicles in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail with commitment to following safety procedures
• Physical stamina to sit for extended periods and operate equipment safely
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

• Manual Dexterity:
  Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles, adjust controls, and manage equipment.
• Heavy Lifting:
  Occasional lifting, carrying, and securing of cargo, which may exceed 50 pounds.
• Navigation and Attention:
  Continuous focus on driving and navigation, requiring high levels of concentration and situational awareness.

• Exposure to Weather:
  Work involves exposure to various weather conditions during loading and unloading operations.
• Climbing and Balancing:
  Climbing into and out of the truck cab and trailer, as well as balancing to secure cargo.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
  Adherence to safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment as necessary.
