Overview

The Job Details:
We are looking for dependable hardworking individuals with good work habits, abilities to minimize downtime of all equipment, and operate the facility at its maximum efficiency. We need someone who works well with others and is self-motivated.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with company policies and safety requirements.

• General housekeeping of maintenance areas including refrigeration system
• Complete required paperwork
• Complete and log tasks as requested
• Battery changing and maintenance
• Equipment inspections, as requested
• General maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance inside and outside of the facility

• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Experience:
  
  Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required
• Knowledge of general hand and power tools
• Previous residential maintenance experience
• Background in preventative maintenance
• Additional Abilities:
  Bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; lift up to 70 lbs occasionally with assistance; work in temperatures from +50°F to
  -30°F; stand and walk for extended periods; use hands to handle objects; attention to detail; effective communication and hearing; operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones, computers and other warehouse equipment; overtime availability; valid vision; self-starter with ability to work independently and with others; thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communications
• Participate in staff and/or customer meetings as required
• Identify and report issues related to product, processes and quality
• Propose, implement and ensure solutions are effectively carried out
• Follow posted security procedures and participate in safety training programs

Starting Range: $17-23/hr plus differential
