This is a full-time, on-site role located in Minooka, IL, for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily responsibilities include providing therapy to individuals with speech and language challenges, developing tailored treatment plans, and monitoring progress. Collaboration with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes is an essential part of this position.
Qualifications- Expertise in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech disorders
- Experience in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia
- Strong knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure and certification by ASHA (CCC-SLP)
- Capability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Prior experience in school or healthcare settings is advantageous
