Inventory Coordinator
Location:
Minnetonka, MN
Timings: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Overview: This is a nonexempt position that will be compensated at time and a half for any hours worked over 40 per week. The role is primarily focused on material handling and inventory control to ensure accurate maintenance and timely distribution of inventory. The position may also involve Shipping & Receiving tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately store materials in the warehouse.
- Prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to established processes.
- Label and meter packages using various freight systems.
- Process orders using the SJM ERP system.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse.
- Prepare for the next day's distribution activities.
- Support all divisional initiatives, as identified by management, in alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
