Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Regional Class A CDL Driver to join our team. This position is based out of Saint Cloud Minnesota and offers consistent regional routes. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across the Midwest. Our drivers enjoy a work-life balance with predictable schedules, allowing you to be home weekends.

We have a fleet of newer equipment and a shop onsite which ensures your pathway to success to earn to your maximum while you are out in the truck and minimize downtime. Our office focuses on Truckload hauling and volume LTL shipments to the areas listed below. We are a family owned small business that believes in relationships and working together.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle with a dry van in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Execute regional routes, primarily within Minnesota and neighboring states (WI, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, MI, IN, IL, OH), ensuring timely delivery of freight.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any mechanical issues.

Maintain accurate electronic logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status in compliance with DOT regulations.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure all freight is secured and handled according to company standards and customer requirements.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle preferred.

Familiarity with regional routes and the ability to navigate efficiently.

Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.

Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.

Hazmat & Tanker endorsement preferred but not required.
