Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect

Job Description:

Salesforce stack with strong emphasis on Service cloud, hands on Apex, LWC, VF, complex security architecture understanding, portals know-how, experience handling high performance, huge data volumes

• Salesforce: Salesforce stack with strong emphasis on Service Cloud; hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce; understanding of complex security architectures; portals know-how; experience handling high performance and large data volumes.
• Backend: Strong knowledge of Java, Python, Spring, SQL, Snowflake.
• Cloud: Strong Azure knowledge or GCP knowledge (Azure preferred).
• Gen AI: Deep understanding of Gen AI architectures; hands-on Python; ideally delivering production-grade AI apps; voice-based AI applications is a plus; familiarity with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, agentic frameworks like Agno.
• ML: Good understanding of core ML algorithms and how/where to apply them.
• Creativity: Ability to generate diverse ideas across technology and clinical domain, with capacity to implement and build them.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle 6 to 8 different threads simultaneously across the topics above.
