As our demand continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers to join our team.

As a Journeyman or Master Plumber at 1 Tom Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering an excellent customer experience for both commercial and residential services. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who takes pride in their workmanship and values teamwork, safety, and customer service.

• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Work on residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards
• Maintain accurate job documentation and reports
• Use company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly
• Follow safety procedures and best practices at all times

• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license in MN
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• $43-$47/ hour + Service Commission
