We’re looking for a skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented Painter and Carpenters to join our team as an Independent Contractor for general residential and commercial work.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional seeking steady, year-round work. You’ll partner with a well-established Restoration Company in the construction division that values craftsmanship, integrity, and reliability.

• Perform high-quality finish and rough carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and trim work following restoration projects
• Restore properties to pre-loss condition after water, fire, or mold damage
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Communicate effectively with project managers and field supervisors
• Follow all safety standards and job site protocols
• Maintain clean and professional job sites

• Proven experience as a painter, carpenter, or multi-skilled tradesperson
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects
• Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Professional demeanor when working in occupied homes and businesses
• Restoration experience is a plus, but not required

• Trim Carpentry & Finish Work
• Framing
• Drywall (Hanging & Taping)
• Cabinet Installation
• Door & Window Installation
• Tile & Flooring
• Siding & Roofing
