** to join our team. As a key brand ambassador, you’ll guide customers through the exciting features and innovations of BMW vehicles, ensuring they feel confident and inspired every step of the way.
** Responsibilities:
*** Serve as a trusted expert on BMW technology, features, and performance
* Support the sales team before, during, and after the sale to enhance the customer journey
* Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and assist with test drives
* Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience
* Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide tech support when needed
* Use digital tools and video presentations to showcase vehicle configurations
*
* What We’re Looking For:

*** Previous experience in a product specialist or customer support role
* Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
* Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic software tools
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Automotive industry experience preferred but not required

Compensation:
The Hourly Wage for this position is: $15 - $18

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
