Purpose:

IPP is dedicated to pet owners, providing resources for health, nutrition, and care. As a Supervisor, you will deliver exceptional service to pet parents, maintain a welcoming store environment, drive business results, and perform key operational functions.

Job Type: Part‑time

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Assist the Store Manager with overall store operations.
• Share product knowledge and suggestions to meet customer needs and promote pet health.
• Perform front‑end duties such as handling the cash register, bagging, replenishing merchandise, and preparing displays.
• Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, labeling, and special store events.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Retail Management Team.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for customer service and pet well‑being.
• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Professional supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn about products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule; availability for evening and weekend shifts.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.

• Both indoors and outdoors duties.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working with small to large dogs.
• Work around pet hair and dander.

Salary: $14.00–$16.00 per hour DOE/DOQ.
