As an Inbound Expert, you will be responsible for supporting General Merchandise operations to enable a consistent guest experience. Typical duties include:

• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, including compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and engaging to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
• Climb ladders as required
• Scan, handle and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting or moving up to 44 pounds
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up and carryout
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
