Brand Ambassador – Oak Essentials

Luxury Method, a division of CoWorx Staffing, is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador to represent Oak Essentials, a modern, elevated skincare line rooted in simplicity and natural beauty.

We are seeking an Esthetician with luxury retail sales experience to represent Oak Essentials in select partner stores. This is a part‑time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and has a passion for clean, effective skincare.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Oak Essentials—educating, engaging, and providing exceptional service while achieving sales goals. This role requires availability Thursday through Sunday and the ability to travel between store locations within the region.

$28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• Represent Oak Essentials with professionalism, product knowledge, and passion for clean beauty
• Support in-store promotional events, including setup and breakdown
• Educate both customers and store staff on product benefits and brand philosophy
• Drive sales by building meaningful client relationships and offering tailored skincare solutions
• Provide in-store mini-treatments and demonstrations to create memorable experiences
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
  
  Submit timely, detailed recaps and feedback from store visits

• Luxury retail sales experience (beauty or skincare strongly preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and customer engagement skills
• Knowledge of clean beauty and skincare trends
• Must currently hold or have previously held an esthetician license
• Confident, self‑motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working independently and managing your time across multiple locations
• Tech‑savvy; able to use apps for timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting
