What s your day like?As a Full-Time Sous Chef at Craft & Crew Hospitality, your day-to-day responsibilities will be both engaging and challenging. You will assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and execution, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Daily tasks include managing kitchen staff, fostering teamwork, and promoting a fun, creative atmosphere. You will oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen organization to ensure smooth operations.
Additionally, you will implement food safety protocols and maintain a pristine kitchen environment.
Your role will involve training and mentoring new team members, promoting crew development and collaboration. Expect to adapt quickly, problem-solve under pressure, and consistently prioritize guest satisfaction while bringing inspiration and innovation to our culinary offerings!
