Salary
: $21.72 per hour

• Follow Cook Manager or Cook’s instruction in heating, cooking, and pre‑dishing food, and in setting up serving areas.
• Follow instructions for portioning, garnishing, and serving food items.
• Perform kitchen and serving area cleanup.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in handling, storing, and serving food.
• Accurately perform record‑keeping functions as requested by Cook Manager.
• Assist in preparing food items.
• Perform point‑of‑sale and cashiering duties as part of kitchen rotation.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.

• Serv Safe Certification desirable.
• Computer experience helpful.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Must enjoy working with students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
• Can meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 40 pounds, as assessed through a pre‑placement physical at Concentra.
