The position consists of a one-to-one nursing assignment for an elementary level student with multiple medical conditions which include, but are not limited to: gastric tube feedings, seizure precautions, toileting, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, first aid and emergency care. Trach/vent experience preferred but not required. This assignment also includes riding the bus with the student to and from school.

• Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Registered Nurse preferred
