Havenwood of Minnetonka is recruiting for a hospitality focused Support LPN to join our team! This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care, hands‑on support, and guidance to caregiving staff while promoting a safe and resident-centered environment.

Salary: $31-$38/hour

Schedule: Full-time, days

Daily Responsibilities
  • Under the scope of the RN, provide direction and support Resident Assistants during assigned shifts.
  • Monitor resident care and ensure adherence to service plans, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
  • Assist with assessments, documentation, and coordination of care under the direction of the Director of Health Services.
  • Respond to resident health concerns and emergencies promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure proper medication administration and documentation practices.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to clinical staff.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in electronic health systems.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in shift hand-offs, care planning meetings, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Uphold infection control, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum LPN degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum on (1) year experience in Nursing experience in assisted living, memory care preferred.
